Position: HR Supervisor
Placement: Mojokerto, East Java

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment (staff & operator)
• Responsible for LnD (TNA, Training Evaluation, Training Matrix)
• Update organization structure in all department & competency matrix
• Handling promotions & transfers

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required skill: Recruitment, people development, organization development
• Preferably Spv/Coordinator specialized in HR
