Job Title: Lead Estimator
Timika-Expatriate-12 months

• Regional Asia or KITAS Holder preferred
• 5+ years work experience as Lead Estimator in International Mining Project
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying and 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, budget development or construction estimating or related area
• Experience in mining/mineral industry
• Advanced skills and knowledge of construction as well as a good understanding of the regional costs in order to prepare and analyze estimates for the project
• Ability to review bills of quantities, drawings, contractor quotations and provide comparisons to the current project budget and estimate prepared for the project
• Ability to prepare reports and provide input into the validity of contractor change orders and/or claims
