Job description:
Directing, coordinating, planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting all activities on the implementation of compensation and benefits, employee personnel administration, general affairs, industrial & external relations, as well as security coordination in projects to ensure that work plans and HR policies can be implemented according to policies & procedures apply as well as the department's work plan that has been determined.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Law/Industrial Engineering/Management/Psychology/Economics
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the same position or 10 years as HR Supervisor in a mining company
• Male, maximum 40 years old
• Have excellent experience Payroll and Comben analysis, HR Management, Industrial Relation, People Development, Recruitment, External Relationship, and HRD Procedure
• Have POP certificate is preferred
• Able to work with the deadline
• Have good communication
• Attention to detail
• Willing to be placed at the job site of PT Darma Henwa Tbk
