BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
QUALIFICATION :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
• Female Only - Max 45 y.o
• Having min 5 years experiences in the same position in FMCG industry
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude
• Can work as soon as possible is preferable
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proven track record in HANDLING PRODUCT and BRAND MANAGEMENT in FMCG Industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ready to Visit our Outlet to make sure marketing equipment is GOOD
• Collaborate with Market Research team to identify consumer trends and needs
• Provide assistance in developing brand positioning and communication strategies
• Provide necessary assistance to Manager in all activities pertaining to brand building
• Create new innovation development, and manage cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets
• Align with commerce on promotional activities
• Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products
• Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development
• Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget
• Initiating and conducting survey and analysis including understanding of competitor trends and end user requirements and expectations
• Develop brand business and brand marketing plans in coordination to achieve off-line revenue goals
• Analyze the expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolutions
