• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the business including automotive dealer partnership, selling, recruitment and training functions.
• In order to succeed in this role, you must have managing team skill (non dedicated), area and team setup, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

 
Responsibility :

• Recruit sales team/Agent
• Manage and develop team
• Increase number of local Used Car dealer
• Create and maintain relationships with local dealer UC
• Create and maintain relationship with local branch financier
• Achieve target of UC transaction
• Maintain the Agent contribution rate against the target

 
Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree from any background
• 2 years or more experience
• Experience in Sales/ Leasing / Automotive / Banking or related
• Experience in building new team and handle more than 10 people
• Have good relationships with local Used Car dealer
• Have good relationship with local financier is a plus
• Good attitude and self starters
• Good problem solving skills
• Target oriented person
• Good knowledge of the area
• Able to start immediately
