Restaurant Manager

• Min 3 years experience as a Leader in western/fine dining restaurants
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, especially European cuisine
• Fluent in both written and verbal English & Bahasa – High levels of energy & enthusiasm
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of managing store operations; both FOH / Service Available to work shifting, weekend or public holiday
• Demonstrated career experience in customer service management Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
