Job Description:

• Omzet Analysis
• Development of knowledge & Capabilities of the sales Team
• Create and implementing sales techniques (Customers service standards, appearance standards, attitude standards, after – Sales Service standards, etc.) that can increase the achievement of omzet targets.
• Create a Professional sales team
• Analize the needs of personnel in Sales team
• Create an effective & Efficient workflow / business process
• Ensure that the sales team understand, has a knowledge & ability to complete tasks & responbilities properly
