1. Sales Development Representative (HRIS)

Job Description :

• BA/BS degree with min of GPA 3.5 preferred, Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Has 0-2 years of professional work experience in similar roles, experience in maintaining leads from various Industry. proven by success through effective approach and increasing revenue.
• Understanding of SaaS/HRIS product
• Excel in communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills & a positive and energetic phone presence
• Think like there is no box

Job Requirement :

• Researching and evaluating leads/prospects
• Approach the qualified leads, focusing on Manufacturing Indutry, to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities & develop account intelligence
• Maintaining all contacts/opportunities & recording all progress in our system
• Responsible for Initial Prospecting Meetings
