Position: Section Head Planning

Location: Balaraja

Expertise:

• Min. 2 years experience in PPIC/Planner
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is prefered.
• Familiar with ERP for module of Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse management
• Calculation of Min.Stock / Buffer Stock.
• Stock Opname
• Calculation of Material Consumption.
• Scheduling, Inventory Control & Capacity Planning.
• Ms. Excel: Formula (vlookup, hlookup, sumif, countif, etc.), Pivot & Chart.

Job Desc.

• To create a Production Schedule considering customer order, stock, and capacity.
• Ensuring production output meets target quantity in a timely manner.
• Execute ERP System following the procedure.
• Ensuring the readiness of material, manpower, and machine before production.
• Conduct stock opname by monthly or after production.
• Monthly Report for Plant Performance.
• Report to PPIC Manager.
