SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (PEGA)
Job Description

• Partner with both the business team and technical team and provide help in application design phase
• Create components of applications that match quality standards and built them within agreed time-frame.
• Execute design under the guidance of Lead System Architect
• Develop and deploy the application
• Provide assistance in application testing and support during user acceptance testing
• Having experience on execute PoC, build workflows and rule sets
• Define and refine the requirements by thoroughly understanding client’s business processes and systems
• Align development efforts with the systems that are part of client’s production environment
• Demonstrate professionalism by ensuring the delivered product is fully-functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets or exceeds expectations
• Liaison with off-shore/on-site teams to make sure all knowledge and business understanding is disseminated across locations

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in IT, information system, computer science, management information system, electrical engineering or related field (minimum GPA 3,00)
• Having deep knowledge in all the functional details and must be able to explain it to users in a lucid manner
• Able to present the presentation and train the trainee
• Having very good knowledge on pega platform and pega implementation methodology
• Having experience on financial and banking industries
• Having knowledge on implementing CRM using pega application platform at least 3 years or above
• Having Certifed Pega Business Architect will be an advantage
• Able to communicate to external team and customer
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and teamwork player
• Strong Analytical and problem solving
• Well-organized, flexible, proactive, and give attention to details
