• Multi-task in handling customer complaints from email, phone, and social media.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Female
• Minimal Diploma Degree in any field.
• Have good problem solving skill and experience in handling complaints or complex cases from customers.
• Have good personality and communication skill.
• Willing to placement in Grogol Jakarta Barat.
