Training Specialist

Requirements :

• D3 or S1 from related majors
• 2 years in Training and People Development preferred
• Sound knowledge of Training Needs Analysis, performance management, job evaluation, position description, and competence level.
• Having good capability to design and implement performance management
• Having good capability to develop position description and job evaluation
• Having good capability to design and implement competence level
• Placement : Cikarang

Responsibility

• Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis
• Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
• Build annual training program and prepare training plans
• Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
• Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
• Evaluate training and development programmes
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
