IT Support

Citramasjaya Teknikmandiri (PT), a company which engaged in construction (EPC Company), is currently seeking for the best candidates to occupy the “IT Support” position

• Age between 25-35 years old
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• have knowledge of computer networks ( Basic knowledge at mikrotik )
• Self-discipline and having good communication
• Domicile in Jabodetabek
• Able to work under pressure to achieve target
• Able to work well independently or in a team
• Available to join soonest Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to be Locate in Head Office
