• Min 1 year experience at related position
• Good in english
• Knowledge in computer, networking, computer parts
• Could to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows
• Ability to work to deadline

Job description:

• Troubleshoot and solve end-user problems
• Responsible to install, configure computers, hardware, software, network printer, and scanner
• Responsible to maintain IT Asset, hardware, and software
• Write and send the report on the end-users problems and request
