PSYCHOMETRIC CONSULTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. At least bachelor degree in Psychology
2. Having experience in related field is an advantage, fresh graduate are encourage to apply
3. Good understanding on psychometric, research, and statistical analysis
4. Excellent analytical skill
5. English proficient
6. Excellent with Microsoft Excel and other statistical data analysis tools

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

1. In charge on psychometric test development
2. Doing survey development and analysis
3. Report to Research & Development Manager
