PT Motrela Rasa Global is looking for young profesional to joint us as “Content Creator Staff” with requirements below :

Job Description

As part of Motrela Marketing team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy of the F&B brand you are responsible for, Fastfit. This includes but are not limited to:

• Planning, executing, and reporting on monthly initiatives to ensure that Fastfit remains as top of mind in our audience
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for the F&B brand you are responsible for in both online and offline channels
• Creating regular social media content plan and execute on creative outputs with the Creative Team
• Maintaining, managing, and optimizing social media, including paid ads / boost post / engagement optimization, etc.
• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
• Managing relationships with third parties such as influencers, partners, agencies, etc
• Conceptualise and develop Campaign strategy for community, creators, influencers, and KOL
• Tracking and analyzing competitors’ marketing activity

Requirements

• Female
• 1 - 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing
• Fresh graduates from reputable university are welcome to apply
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly; a strong analytical, data-driven mindset
• Have a keen eye for design and copywriting
• Familiarity with social media tools and measurement
