IT Service Management

Hi there,

We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to be part of our growing operation, filling the role of IT Service Management (entry level or beginner) in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:

1. Properly develop, review, and revise IT operation procedure (SOP), user manual, and working instruction, then make sure that running properly.
2. Involve in documentation fulfillment for compliance and audit from internal and external.
3. Collaborate with other Functional Leads (Infrastructure and Application) to improve the procedures.
4. Responsible in Release Management for New Service, Major Enhancement, Minor Enhancement, and Bug Fixing.
5. What You’ll Need / Requirements:

Minimum Requirement:

1. Have A Bachelor Degree, IT major is preferable.
2. Minimum fresh graduate.
3. Female is preferable.

Technical Skill:

1. Have a basic knowledge and capability about procedures development, and also documentation analysis (contract, agreement, etc).
2. Familiar and have a deep competency about Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Have knowledge about Microsoft Excel Macro is a plus.
4. Have experience in IT Audit, IT Compliance, or IT Service Management is a plus.
5. Have a passion in event organizer, graphic designer, or video editing is a plus.

Interpersonal:

1. Neat, diligent, dicipline, and focus on quality.
2. Able for working and sharing in a team and also individual.
3. Have a good communication skill in verbal or email, and able to present to the management level.
