 "Customer Service"

Requirements:

• Max, 30 years old
• Min. Diploma from Any major
• Experience min 1 year as Customer service / Contact Center / Customer Support, preferably in Banking/ Financial Service (fintech) / E-commerce
• Good computer skills (Ms. Office: Word, Excel, etc)
• Handling customer queries through phone, chat, and email
• Available to work in shifts and on the weekend
• Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently
• Accustomed to working under pressure and targets
• Placement Head Office Kuningan, South Jakarta
• Ready to join ASAP
