Seeking for:

REAL ESTATE STAFF 

who has passion to growth with our largerst Pizza chain in the world

Job Descriptions :

• Getting a suitable location for Pizza Hut Indonesia outlets
• Strong in negotiation terms and conditions (T&C) for rental contract outlets
• Able to understand, review and present lease
• Have the ability to check the ownership status of the building site
• Connecting between the company's internal departement and third party (building site owners)
• Able to build network to support business

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from all majors
• Maximum 30 years old
• Strong presentation skills, excellent communication skills, and happy for traveling
• Have analytical skills, thoroughness, patience and honesty in work
• Have experience for at least a year as a real estate staff in F&B company or property agent
