Recruitment Consultant

Hi good people, our company BIG FISH HUNTER Search Executive Firm is looking for Recruitment Consultant, this position is for our internal to be located in South Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

1. Actively seek business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as by keeping abreast of industry developments
   Building excellent clients and candidates’ relationships by engaging with them on a regular basis
2. Gain a thorough understanding of your client's business, culture and successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements
   Manage client roles, including by writing and placing job ads,  and headhunting Source, select and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients
3. Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages
4. Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree from Reputable University (Overseas graduate is a PLUS)
2. English Communication skills in both verbal and written is a MUST
3. Minimum of 1 year professional experience in HR/Sales/ Business Development
4. Aggressive and self motivated individual with a good personality
