• Supervising otoexpress personal team (Technician, SPV and related team members)

• Create monthly report

• Deep analysis NPS and CSI score result & create countermeasure plan
• Liaise with Otoxpress academy in terms of service excellent development
• As window person from Ops to solve the customer complaint
• Create monthly report
• Actively create attractive promotional campaign plan
• Create new business opportunity plan
• Market study to boost up unit entry or sales revenue through local campaign activity in each outlet area
• Active participated for Otoxpress’s business development in collaborate with related parties

Qualification :

• Female, Max 35 years old
• Min 5 years experience in automotive
