Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology or any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
2. At least 1 year of experience in OD/Talent Management or fresh graduates welcome to apply
3. Having excellent analytical skill, teamwork, and communication skill
4. Proficient at Microsoft Excel

Job Description:

1. Responsible of making job description and competencies for every position
2. Maintaining organization structure and keep it updated
3. Conducting employee development program and talent assessment
