QA/QC MANAGER (Urgently Neeeded)

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible in Quality Control Department
2. Ensuring all the products in accordance with the standard & specification
3. Developing effective Quality Control System to reduce the reject rate
4. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets within the maintain minimum reject rate
5. Ensure compliance of quality to national and international standarts.
6. Responsible for creating and implementing the improvement plan within the related area
7. Provides direction, development and leadership to Quality Control Supervisor

Requirements :

1. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemical (Industrial) or equivalent.
3. Required Skill(s): Production Management, Production Control, Quality Control, Manpower Planning, Leadership
4. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Adhesive Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
5. Having good methodical investigative skills in failure analysis and materials recommendation.
6. WORK LOCATION : CIBINONG - BOGOR
