PT. Indo Sultan Jaya needs some candidates as below:

PURCHASING STAFF

Requirement:

• Female
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent in required
• Maximum age 30 years old
• At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Having network of supplier in Soap industry is a plus
• Strong computer skills and able to work using Ms. Office
• Having knowledge of tax is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Have interpersonal, communication organizational and observation skills
• Able to multitask, result oriented, attention to detail and highly initiative

Job Description:

• Able to handle purchasing (making PO, purchasing, returning goods, making list of goods)
• Manage delivery (Supply Management) to achieve inbound time targets, quality target and supply efficiency
• Communicating with suppliers or related parties
• Negotiating price
• Record all purchase documents
• Make a daily report of purchasing
