Position: RM Lending Hybrid (SME & Mortgage)

Placement: Semarang/Medan

Job Summary:

1. Achieving business target by consistently implementing sales activity management and good risk management
2. Identifying opportunities to sell Small Medium Enterprise (SME) loans
3. Identifying opportunities to sell Mortgage loans
4. Identify business potential from customers by optimizing all sales channels such as: owned sales, branch referrals, and cooperation with third parties

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor's / Undergraduate Degree any kind of major from reputable university
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill
4. Candidates with relevant certification is a plus
5. Has an established network with potential customer and related third parties (including with property broker)
