Job Description

As a Cost Control Executive, you will be working closely with our Head of Finance and Accounting to manages the expenses in our outlet. You will lead the effort to identify and reduce business expenses as means to keep costs under control. Furthermore, you will need to continuously identify areas of improvements and formulate solutions that will give positive results to the company's financial performance.

You will be managing a Purchasing Executive and provide guidance to develop a cost-saving culture among the employees.

  • Control overall cost of food and beverage
  • Reduce wastage and pilferage to boost operational
  • Conduct variance analysis for all items and report to relevant efficiency parties
  • Develop and maintain purchasing system while putting failsafe in place
  • Approve menu pricing to ensure costs are within budget • Develop complimentary systems and provide reporting to management
  • Ensure pricing are spot-on and its application on the system POS
  • Conduct effective tender to choose the most feasible vendors

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, experience in F&B is a must, while familiarities with alcoholic beverages will be a plus
  • Innovative and creative in controlling costs
  • Have good connections with suppliers and vendors to support operations
