Position : Product Manager

Job Descriptions :

Prioritize product roadmap

• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details on short-medium-long term product goals for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and build a product roadmap, which is desired by the user, deliver business value for the company, and feasible to be built
• Propose solutions to mitigate complexities in execution for other teams & stakeholders
• Able to exercise judgment on different means used to maintain high product quality
• Monitor product quality and ensure product is solving user journey beyond bugs/operation issue
• Product performance: Propose strategy; organize effort to response on the market dynamics
• Capable to Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data and logic in making decision.

Requirements:

• 2 years minimum of experience as a PM
• Experience in developing and managing discover/browsing feature
• An entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
• Data-oriented with excellent analytical skills; Able to dig into data to discover nuances, and define & measure success on every project
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
• Able to work with agile product development teams and identify new ways to help your team be effective. Experience of working with distributed teams is desired
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential solutions that could be in form of remedies / course-corrective actions and/or innovative solutions that are resolving fundamental pain points faced in the market
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive various growth projects.
