Responsibilities :

• Create a marketing plan, which includes STP and Marketing Mix as well as Branding and Service by conducting a SWOT analysis of each product and target, creating marketing themes along with effective ATL – BTL budget allocations according to consumers, products, and market insights.Ensuring sales growth by synergizing marketing strategies and programs with the sales team, supervising the implementation of planned programs, and conducting program evaluations.
• Ensuring the implementation of new products according to schedule and preparing marketing plans for their launch, coordinating the development of new product designs with the business support team, and monitoring new product development.Ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency by controlling marketing costs used following the design and allocation of the marketing program budget that has been prepared.

Qualifications :

• Education: Min S1 all majors, preferably Marketing/ Pharmacy/ Pharmacist
• Experience: Min 3 years as Brand Manager, preferably from a consumer health/personal care pharmaceutical company.- Specific Knowledge & Skills
• Marketing strategy, marketing mix, branding, products and trends, markets and competitors, consumer behavior, consumer engagement, market research procedures, and project management.
• SWOT Analysis.
• ATL and BTL.
• Pricing objectives, pricing methods, quantity discounts, cash discounts, periodic promotional discounts for each product, and sales targets for each product (sales, profit, growth).
• Able to work independently or teamwork, able to work under pressure dan good communication skill.
• Have a strong analytic skills and problem-solving.
• Passion for development (eager to learn a new programming language).
• Willing to work in Meruya, Jakarta Barat.
