IT SUPPORT FREELANCE (Jakarta & Padang)

Qualification :

• Min. D3/S1 in computer science or Information System Management majors (mandatory).
• In-depth understanding of information technology systems which includes common computer applications, standard operating system and desktop software including but not limited to Microsoft Windows 10 and O365.
• Strong Hands-on experience in resolving common problems in the area of Computer hardware, Remote Access and Network communications.
• Experience with Lenovo, Dell, Cisco and HP printing and scanning hardware.
• Experience in operating any Video Conference equipment – preferred.
• Strong coordination skill, deep understanding with ticketing system and familiar in preparing monthly performance team and inventory report.
• Willing to work in Jakarta or Padang.
