Job description

Responsibilities:

• Mandatory objectives (Applied to all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations .
• Deliver NSBI safety performance to the project team including contractor as per NSBI Safety Management Plan
• Develop all safety documents related, prior to work execution (JSEA and other permits)
• Deliver continuous improvement ideas and implementation to support production line, maintenance area, utility and warehouse area.
• Develop technical documents related to new equipment provision or equipment modification.
• Manage communication with contractors related to job offers, tendering process, and work execution
• Support NSBI Strategic Project and small improvement project related to: Mechanical Design Mechanical Installation and construction
• Ensure project compliance with all NSBI regulations and Code of Practice (COP) and government regulations.
• Manage assigned CAPEX project under approved budget and promised timeline. Also need to ensure the project safety performance by achieving “Zero Harm”
• Ensure Change management is properly implemented before performing any modification.
• Ensures quality of work and documentation for project based tasks

• Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering, Min. 3 years' Work Experience.
• Good safety leadership
• Leading work group / contractor
• Experience in continuous processing line
• Experience in Steel Industry
• Project Knowledge
• Maintenance Knowledge
• RCA capability
• Good understanding and knowledge about technical measurements, Engineering Drawing, Pneumatic & Hydraulic, Rotating Equipment, Fabrication, Power Train, Lubrication, Mechanical design and construction

• AGE RANGE: 25 - 40 years old
