Our client from Chemical Industries (Cibodas, Tangerang) are looking for HR Generalist (Mandarin)

Company Profile:

The Company has long been committed to the research and development, production, sales and service of fine chemicals in the paper making and water treatment industries, and has long been a market leader in the paper making and water treatment chemicals fields.

Job Requirements:

• Mandarin speaking and writing skills is a must (HSK 6)
• More than 2 years years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Understanding of HR life cycle.
• Possess good communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with labor regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Job Description

1. Manage human resources within the company.
2. Handle office administration work
3. Handle the KITAS and working visa administration of foreign employees.
4. Handle the BPJS and insurance of the employee
5. Handle recruitment and on boarding process, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and manage employee business trips

Salary Range : 10-20 Mio
