PT Tayang Group Indonesia is currently looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.

🔹 Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Support general office tasks as needed
🔸 Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Courteous and patient when handling inquiries
✨ Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners), open for Fresh Graduate
  • Familiarity with basic office procedures
