Receptionist

Urgently Needed!
PT Tayang Group Indonesia is currently looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
- Provide administrative support to internal departments
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them appropriately
- Support general office tasks as needed
🔸 Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Courteous and patient when handling inquiries
✨ Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners), open for Fresh Graduate
- Familiarity with basic office procedures
