- 3+ years in game development & design
- Strong in gameplay mechanics, scoring systems & in-game rewards
- Experience creating engaging, scenario-based game content
- UX-aware: intuitive flows, feedback systems, player engagement
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Able to document clear, actionable game design specs
