Position: Junior UI/UX Designer

Location: PT Mitra Seribu Saudara (GRC Board) - Slipi, Jakarta (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Preferable) / Intern / Bootcamp Graduate

✨ Job Description:

• Create wireframes, user flows, and UI designs for new features or improvements to existing features
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other relevant teams throughout the product design process
• Help maintain design consistency by following the established design system
• Actively contribute ideas and design insights to improve overall product quality

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in UI/UX design (preferred)
• Fresh graduates, design bootcamp or intern alumni are welcome to apply, as long as they have a portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of digital product design
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma
• Solid understanding of basic UX principles, interface design, and user flows
• Ability to translate brief concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Possess a portfolio (online or PDF) that showcases design thinking and final design outcomes
