What We’re Looking For

• A proven leader with at least 2 years’ experience in fast-paced hospitality (club, bar, or restaurant).
• Someone tough, confident, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage sections and lead the floor like a pro.
• A strong personality who knows how to earn respect while staying approachable.
• Skilled in communication, quick decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English? Even better!

 What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the floor team during operational hours.
• Keep operations smooth across all sections — bar, kitchen, floor, and beyond.
• Maintain high service standards so every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience.
• Be the go-to person for coordination, discipline, and teamwork.
• Set the tone with your energy, attitude, and leadership.
