Description:

• Provide standby and on-call support to customers
• Assist customers with technical support concerns and challenges, while recommending
• Resolve trouble tickets escalated to the L2 team within agreed SLA timelines
• Mentor L1 team members to enhance their technical knowledge and skills.
• Develop and document Method of Procedure (MOP) prior to implementing any changes.

Qualification:

• D3 or S1 from Information Technology, maximum 28 years old
• Have minimum 1-2 years experiences in IT Industry.
• Expertise in troubleshooting within production environments
• Proficient in AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes (kubectl CLI)
• Strong understanding of processes, standards, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with AWS EKS, networking, compute, storage, and database services.
