We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join our engineering team on a short-term, high-impact project.  This is your chance to lead a strong development team, drive technical excellence, and deliver results — all while working remotely.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead backend development with Go
• Set technical direction and code quality standards
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Solve complex problems, implement scalable architecture (microservices)
• Champion CI/CD and DevOps best practices (Docker, GitLab CI, MongoDB)

✅ What You Bring:

• 5–7 years of software development experience
• 2+ years in a tech leadership role
• Strong skills in Go, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience in system architecture and CI/CD
• Excellent communication and leadership mindset
• Available to start immediately
• Indonesian citizen (remote work setup)
