System Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years in IT system analysis or a related field.
• Completed training: Internalization, OJT program.
• Strong skills in programming, SDLC, UML, and RDBMS.
• Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with BPO and users to refine IT system requirements.
• Design and create system specifications or enhancements for developers/programmers.
• Evaluate and review vendors for IT system development.
• Manage approved IT development projects.
• Collaborate with developers on system modifications.
• Conduct system testing for alignment and accuracy.
• Oversee the release of new or enhanced IT systems.
• Comply with IT policies, procedures, and security principles.
