Fullstack Engineer

Tech Company, WFO, Jakarta

What You’ll Do:

● Frontend

1. Build and maintain production-grade React applications using TypeScript and React Router v7.
2. Collaborate with designers and implement features aligned with Figma and Storybook specs.
3. Contribute to routing using centralized route configs and lazy-loading patterns.
4. Implement proper handling of all data states (loading, error, empty, success).

● Backend

1. Design and develop scalable backend services using Go, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
2. Build secure RESTful APIs for high-throughput, low-latency applications.
3. Create reusable Go packages and utilities within a monorepo.
4. Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
5. Participate in system architecture and infrastructure design discussions.

● Product

1. Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and DevOps to ship end-to-end features.
2. Uphold high code quality through code reviews, unit testing (Jest, Go test), and shared linting/formatting rules (ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript strict mode).
3. Contribute to CI/CD practices and production debugging.

What We’re Looking For

1. 4+ years of professional software development experience, with at least:
2. 2+ years using React and TypeScript.
3. 2+ years using Go in production.
4. Experience with monorepo tooling (e.g., pnpm, Nx, Turborepo).
5. Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and DDD principles.
6. Proven ability to build robust APIs and testable UI components.
7. Comfortable working without react-query/axios; experience with custom data- fetching clients.
8. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
9. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
