🚀 WE ARE HIRING – Senior IT Support Staff / IT Support Supervisor

PT Wiraky Nusa Telekomunikasi is currently seeking experienced IT professionals to join our team as Senior IT Support Staff / IT Support Supervisor.

📍 Location: Bandung

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT Support/IT Infrastructure.
• Experience managing more than 100 users.
• Experience managing IT assets, networks, servers, and helpdesk systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
• Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, as well as basic LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Able to configure network devices such as MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar.
• Understanding of CCTV, Access Doors, Fingerprint, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V is a plus), backup & recovery, endpoint security, and information security.
• Possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience leading teams, creating SOPs, managing vendors, IT projects, and IT budgets is a plus.
• IT certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, MTCNA/MTCRE, Microsoft, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the IT Support team.
• Ensure all company IT devices and infrastructure are running optimally.
• Handle complex technical issue escalations.
• Manage networks, servers, internet, email, and operational support devices.
• Perform infrastructure monitoring, preventative maintenance, and IT asset management.
• Oversee IT vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and regular reports to management.
• Provide basic user training on system usage and information security.
