Job Descriptions:

• Process the issuance of approximately 1,400 tax invoices per month.
• Reconcile sales records with issued tax invoices.
• Validate input tax invoices and process input VAT credits through the Coretax system.
• Calculate VAT Overpayment (LB) and Underpayment (KB).
• Prepare and process VAT returns and VAT payments for approximately 20 entities.
• Prepare contracts, tax invoices, and receipt reconciliations related to management fees and commission fees.
• Perform VAT reconciliation against the general ledger.
• Prepare and submit applications for Tax Exemption Certificates (SKB PPh).
• Conduct VAT-to-revenue reconciliations (VAT equalization).
• Provide tax consultation and support, particularly related to VAT matters.
• Prepare supporting data for Local Transfer Pricing Documentation.
• Prepare and file Annual Corporate Income Tax Returns (CITR/SPT Badan) for approximately 21 entities.
• Prepare supporting documents and responses for SP2DK (Tax Data Clarification Requests).

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a corporate or group company environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, particularly VAT (PPN) and Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan).
• Experienced in preparing and filing tax returns for multiple entities.
• Familiar with Coretax and other tax administration systems.
• Understanding of tax reconciliations, VAT equalization, and tax audit support processes.
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing Documentation would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Possession of Brevet A & B certification is preferred; Brevet C would be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
