Position: Backend Engineer

Employment: Full-time

Location: Jakarta Pusat

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH

Salary: IDR 10 million gross/month

Contract: 6 months, with Full-time Employment opportunity

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Strong knowledge of Java & Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proven experience in Backend Development using Java/Spring
• Good English communication skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and creative problem solver
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Willing to work in Jakarta Pusat
• Passionate about software development and continuous learning

Tech Stack:

Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Linux, Jenkins, AWS, GCP, Cucumber, Selenium, REST, OAuth, Git

Working Environment:

• Cross-functional and highly autonomous team
• Direct collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Strong focus on TDD/BDD, Refactoring, and Continuous Delivery
• Regular knowledge-sharing sessions, Katas, and Dojos
