Marketing Manager

Palapa Group is hiring a Marketing Manager.

We're growing across two inspection businesses, from cars to homes, and we're looking for someone who knows how to turn ideas into strategy, strategy into execution, and execution into growth.

Summary

• Education: SMA/SMK, D3, S1
• Experience: 5 Years More
• Gender: Male/Female
• Work System: WFA (Work From Anywhere)
• Salary: 7 – 9 Mio
• Location: Greater Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead marketing strategy and weekly execution for both brands
• Manage content, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign performance
• Monitor leads, conversions, orders, CPL, and acquisition costs
• Lead the marketing/media team and improve admin follow-up
• Develop partnerships, affiliates, influencers, and other growth channels
• Drive reviews, brand trust, and overall marketing performance

WORKING ARRANGEMENT:

• Flexible based on workload, project priorities, business needs, and divisional targets

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in service-based industries
• Strong in marketing funnel, content strategy, and lead conversion
• Experienced in Meta Ads, Google Ads, partnerships, and influencers
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, fully committed, and based in Greater Jakarta
