• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk and/or IT Support
• Good understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
• Good knowledge of Networking concepts
• Familiar with Android, iOS, and Windows devices
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment
