Location: Cikarang Selatan

Salary range: From 12 to 22 mio / month (negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A. General Aspect

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good English skill (speaking & writing).
• Experienced in managerial level.
• 10 years experience in Cost Estimation field.

B. Attitude Aspect

• Good communication & interpersonal skill.
• Capability to work in team and also independently.
• Good discipline & target-oriented attitude.
• Have an eagerness to further improvement.
• Diligent & patient on the working processes.

C. Technical Aspect

• Good at Microsoft software application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio).
• AutoCAD software skill will be benefit.
• Solid understanding on standard such IEC, ANSI, NEMA, JEC, JIS, ASME, SNI, and other related technical standard.
• Have know-how about Gas Insulated Switchgear.
• Good at reading technical document such as specification, drawing, or single line diagram.
• Solid skill at basic natural science such as Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To assist General Manager in developing & estimating business processes that will ensure applicability at the project level.
• To actively participate in the management of various tenders.
• To review & complete the bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications.
• To perform evaluation of bids & provide the pricing in a timely manner.
• To conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are being submitted.
• To closely monitor the results of the tenders and update them in the tender register.
