OPERATION MANAGER

JOB DESC

• Making plan, maintain and monitor the manufacturing process
• Ensure production costs are maintained at appropriate level – coordination with finance department
• Ensure the readiness of maintenance includes time, cost and quality of company’s assets is managed in accordance with technical standards
• Ensure consistency of product quality
• Develop operation reports.
• Ensure the implementation of vision, mission and values of Operation Department
• Manage subordinate’s task and responsibility allocation
• Manage performance of subordinates
• Identify and develop talents including identifying needed training
• Ensure implementation of quality management system & HSE in all activity

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional degree from engineering
• Having min 5 years experience as operation manager/production manager, preferably in manufacturing company (carton box / offset printing / customer goods / packaging)
• Having strong strategic leadership skill to articulate the company’s vision and mission.
• Willing to be placed at all site area (Tangerang / Cibitung / Karawang)
