Location        : Jakarta
Salary Range : up to IDR 18 mio / month (gross)

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 4 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 12 AM

Job Description

• Develop, implement and drive procurement sourcing strategies for the key spend categories.
• Initiate & lead cross-functional initiatives in optimization of suppliers, materials and services; and achieve cost savings, quality and process improvements.
• Manage the organization of the Purchase-to-Pay process.
• Identify and build strategy partnerships and alliances with selected key suppliers in the management of external supplier relationships.
• Obtain the best price, products, term and condition from the vendors and service providers to meet organization operation needs within budget from all division.
• Maintain & update database of business partners (vendors and service providers) accounts including business contacts, product / service provided, business profile, credibility, purchased record. Evaluate their performance record.
• Maintain & update database of the procurement policy, standard procedure, guideline and forms.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree from Logistic / Transportation / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Min. 4 years of experience as Procurement Supervisor. Experienced in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Medical Devices is preferred.
