SAP ABAP Developer, Change Management Lead

1. SAP ABAP Developer

    Requirements:

• Intermediate proficiency in SAP ABAP Development
• Experience in full RICEFW
• Experience with SAP PI/PO
• Experience with SAP CRM is preferred
• Experience with BSP is a plus
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willing to contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing

2. Change Management Lead

    Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar Change Management role
• Experience in transformation impact assessment
• Experience in stakeholder engagement
• Experience in communications and learning/capability building
• Able to assess people and stakeholder impacts and develop appropriate change strategies
• Experience supporting multiple transformation/strategy workstreams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
