💼Role Title : PMO Platform Implementation Lead

📍Working Arrangement : WFO at Client Office at Jakarta Area

🔔 Availability: Able to join ASAP

⏱️Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Role & Responsibility :

• Monitor current implementation and leads the refinement of platform requirement based on target operating model. Benchmark on other systems performing the same capabilities.
• Lead PMO oversight of the OBS platform implementation and refinement of business requirements based on the target operating model. Track progress, risks and dependencies, review existing requirements and delivery outputs, identify capability gaps, benchmark comparable solutions, and coordinate prioritized enhancement recommendations without owning system build execution.
• Hybrid IT PMO lead/business analyst or product-owner profile with enterprise platform implementation, requirements refinement, SDLC governance and stakeholder/vendor coordination; must understand business operating models and have enough technical fluency to challenge delivery teams.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the same field.
