Salary range: Start from 5-7 mio / month (negotiable)

Job Descriptions:
  • Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Servicing of guest (hotel booking, accommodation, transportation).
  • Meeting room arrangement.
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate dept.
  • Business trip arrangement for employee (overseas & domestic).
  • Supporting HR activity.

Job Requirements:
  • Female.
  • Min. Diploma Degree in Business Administration / Secretary, or equivalent.
  • Min. work experience: 2 years.
  • Smart, energetic, self-motivated and focused.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill
  • Excellent telephone etiquettes & knowledge in Customer Service Best Practice.
  • Solid knowledge & experience of administrative & clerical procedures.
  • Fluent in English is a must, written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
