Receptionist

Location: Cikarang Selatan
Salary range: Start from 5-7 mio / month (negotiable)
Job Descriptions:
- Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Servicing of guest (hotel booking, accommodation, transportation).
- Meeting room arrangement.
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate dept.
- Business trip arrangement for employee (overseas & domestic).
- Supporting HR activity.
- Female.
- Min. Diploma Degree in Business Administration / Secretary, or equivalent.
- Min. work experience: 2 years.
- Smart, energetic, self-motivated and focused.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skill
- Excellent telephone etiquettes & knowledge in Customer Service Best Practice.
- Solid knowledge & experience of administrative & clerical procedures.
- Fluent in English is a must, written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Five days work / week.
